The Mineralogical Museum of Lavrio was founded in 1986. It is dedicated to Andrea Kordella, a mineralogist from Smyrna. In addition to minerals, stones and crystals, the museum also exhibits various tools and machines from miners who worked in the Lavrio's mines in the past.
