Release Athens 2023 welcomes Helloween on Saturday, June 17, at Nerou Square. The well-known band from Germany, leading figures of European power metal, promise one of the greatest metal nights, with a dream setlist for every fan.

One of the two-three most influential bands that spawned the metal boom in the 80s, Helloween started at the beginning of the decade from Hamburg and soon became one of the biggest names in the field. With the release of "Keeper of the Seven Keys: Part I" they defined what European power metal means, while with the second part they firmly established themselves in the consciousness of metalheads around the world.

The sequel was just as impressive. 16 million-selling studio albums, countless concerts and top festival appearances as headliners have kept Helloween at the forefront of metal, which is expected to continue for several years to come.

With the long-awaited return of Michael Kiske and Kai Hansen to the group and the steady presence of Weikath and Grosskopf, the band opened a new chapter in its long history with the release of the self-titled record in 2021. "Helloween" was, rightly, deified by audience and critics and added some more great songs to a discography already full of them, such as the unsurpassed anthems "Ride The Sky", "A Tale That Wasn't Right", "Eagle Fly Free", "Power", " I Want Out" and many more.

They will be joined by representatives of the hard sound Jinjer. Hailing from Donetsk, they are one of the most talked about metal bands today. Their exceptional eye for gritty sound, combined with their dedication to music and their clear intention to not mince their words, has earned them a rabid following and huge critical acclaim.
