At the Moxy Athens Hotel, under the management of SWOT Hospitality, the photographic exhibition of Alexandros Emmanuelides is presented, an acrobatics between the worlds of reality and fantasy.

Alexandros Emmanuilidis proves through the magic of his images that the photographic lens, when in the right hands, can capture not only what is seen, but also the invisible, metaphysical side of things.

The exhibition "Beyond lens / Art unleashed" shows how figurative photography goes beyond mere depiction, guiding the viewer to seek and achieve emotional connection, transcending the limiting frameworks of space and time.

The wondrous world of Alexandros Emmanuelides has stood out for the way he captures and highlights abstract forms and figures. Each image also constitutes an autonomous universe, tells a story that includes many readings, invites us to a celebration of what we see and what we would like to see. The human element is somehow always present, even when all it has left is its suggestive imprint.

His first solo exhibition entitled "RAW" was held in 2017 in Athens and since then his works have been hosted in important places inside and outside of Greece: at the Piraeus Bank Conference Center in Thessaloniki, at the Tsichritzi Visual Arts Foundation, at "Artzone42 Gallery", in the "South Gallery" Kapsiotis, the "Romantso" Cultural Center in Athens and the "Venus Art Gallery" in Mykonos, Estacao Expo in Portugal, the SwissArt Expo and Urbanside Gallery in Zurich, Tana Art Space in Venice, Boomer Gallery in London , the Art Number 23 UK Gallery, Wynwood Art Hotspot in Miami, the Nolita Artspace in New York, etc.
He has collaborated with UNESCO, in the framework of visual action in 2019-20, he has participated in the Southern Balkan Photo Festivals, he has collaborated with the news service company "Jacasseur", the magazine "The Black Rabbit" in New York as a contributing creative director, the "Somewhere Magazine" and has been distinguished at the 5th 35Awards International Photo Awards.
