Neoclassical Buildings of Christian & Theophilus Hansen
Christian Hansen and his younger brother Theophilus Hansen lived in the 19th century and were both Danish-Austrian architects and professors at the Royal Danish Academy of Arts.
Thanks to them we have very impressive neoclassical structures in Athens, such as the Athenian Trilogy which consists of the Old National Library, the University of Athens, and the Academy of Athens.
