For the third consecutive year, the hip hop and street dance scene of Greece is strongly represented at the Festival through the "Layers of Street" section. After its successful events in the last two years, the Athens Epidaurus Festival Urban Dance Contest, which introduced its audience Piraeus 260 in the universe of hip hop and street dance, returns again this year with new explosive dance contests on two consecutive nights, always curated by dancer and choreographer H. Hatzigeorgiou.

The male and female dancers, recognized and emerging, will compete in two categories (1vs1 Hip Hop Battle and 2vs2 All Styles Battle) to claim the title of winner of the 3rd Athens Epidaurus Festival Urban Dance Contest as well as notable cash prizes.

The judges, distinguished dancers from Greece and abroad, will be invited to decide who will be this year's winners, while we will have the pleasure of enjoying them dancing at the Judges Showcases.

On both nights we will be accompanied by the exuberant presence and familiar voice of the host Sifu Versus, while wonderful dance music will be heard from the decks of DJ Amaze Me, who after the end of the battles will lead dancers and the audience to a celebration of dance Without borders.
